I know this is somewhat orthogonal to the thread but still semi on topic - is there any issue making high resolution scans of the rice paper CCW, laminating them and stashing them in the various places where you might be as a "just in case"? I assume it's considered a document like any other, the original is the "valid" document but a copy can be used in a pinch as "No really, I do have a CCW, please make my life infinitely harder and call the issuing agency."

First off, Orthogonal? WTF???
I don't remember University of Phoenix ever teaching us that word.
(hey, maybe it's true what they say... UOP = 13th grade.)
Second, lots of people make copies and have them stashed where they might need one. I guess the idea is having a copy when needed is (only slightly) better then none at all.
And C, one of our members suggested there may be a time when our ID's are not where we are... I know, I know, we're always in condition yellow and all that... but still, I could see losing my wallet while packing... so having a copy in the glove box to get me and my glock home isn't a bad idea.
