After hearing the horor stories of waiting 9 or more months... I commend my Sheriff for only making us wait 6 weeks, maybe less.Well... we shall see how long it really takes, im only in about week 4.

well i got a denial letter. is that good or bad?? j/k I really did get a denial letter though. It gives no reason why it was denied. I thought the sheriff was supposed to give a reson for denial. I thought my reason statement was pretty darn good. Anyway, I appealed and am meeting with the Sheriff tomarrow. Any pointers for meeting with the sheriff would be greatly appreciated.

did you email CCWI your Good Cause? if not, better do that before you go back in for an appeal.

I would much rather work on a good cause, than appeal. On one sentence alone I would deny you, And I pro CCW. I gave you some pointers.

This is going to be very hard to recover from, if not impossible.

You do have a excellent good cause, the way you presented it. It's not.

Sorry.

Court case out of San Fran decide that mobile is not legal.

so if i lose my appeal i have to wait a year before i can apply again is that how it works? And will I know if ive won or lost my appeal tomarrow when i see the sheriff or do i have to wait for another letter? Beutifull papper they used to type my denial on by the way. Real thick and fancy feeling, made me feel better after reading what was on it.
