Private property owners can 'not allow ccw in their establishment' all they want. They've got to follow California Penal Code Section 602 (et. seq.) and ask you to leave if they don't want you there. If you don't leave when asked you can be charged with trespassing. Passing a 'no weapon/ccw/gun' sign is not trespassing all by itself. Passing a 'no weapon/ccw/gun' sign at certain local establishments/venues and somehow winding up being reported to your issuing agency will get your CCW license pulled if it's issued by a certain local jurisdiction. |

They can not do a blanket ban. State will trump that. They can ban by location IF the state has not pre-emptied that location.
