ANYONE got a CCW from LA county lately?

I was wondering if anyone on here recently received a CCW from LA County (Santa Clarita area). I am interested in getting a CCW, but i wanted to know if it is worth my wild to try and get one. I been reading the forum and people are saying it is slim chance of getting a CCW from LA county. Also I am a business owner where I feel that I put my life on the line everyday if that make a differences. BTW this forum have got some good info for noobs like me.

Any area patrolled by LAPD or LASD is very hard to get a CCW out of. You live in one of the areas. Sorry.

I know a few officers are regulars at his place of business. If I recall they didn't know too much about CCW's.

haven't had a chance to go talk to them yet..
