Default Utah CCW Countdown

I took DocAmentler's Utah CCW class on 3/8

I finally sent it in 4/15 after getting fingerprinted at Roseville PD

My CC was charged on 4/21 by
BUREAU OF CRIMINAL ID SALT LAKE CIT UT $65.25

Now the countdown.

I know I waited forever to get fingerprinted and notorized, and it was only a couple miles form his class. I just had to work too much.

My Utah should be here about May 20th. Im doing a drive to Texas mid June and I hope it gets here before then.

You end up going through some "Hills Have Eyes" towns.

I have mine as well as Florida. But I also have the unfortunate circumstances of always traveling to states that do not recognize it. I did get to use them for the first time in Nevada though.

Yeah the backlog has been worked through. You should get it pretty quickly now. "I waited 6 months" AMS is probably about right on the date!

Should I start a pool on the dates. A box of W Ranger 45 as a buy-in? Closest takes all?

I'm glad to hear they worked throught the back log. I double checked and they didn't send me an email confirmation. But maybe because I used CC, that is confirmation.

It is really for camping etc over the summer in Cal/Nev area. I'd hate to cross state lines w/o it.

I took my Utah CCW class on the 12th at Jones Fort in Redding. I'm waiting too. It will be interesting to see how long it takes me. When I got my California CCW it only took me 1 week since I work for the gov't anyway.

You'll enjoy his class. Everything is included, firgerprinting, photo, DL Check and notary. Check out his website for schedule and details. Fairwarning Training

Clark has been extremely active on this front. I have heard nothing but the best about him.

Yes, but you are a convict! I am mis-represented ... my halo was too high in the pic and it was cut off.

AMS MIKE:

YOU are really GOOD. I received my Utah CCW today! Technically it came the 22nd but I got home from work after mid-night and pulled it from the mail box on the 23rd!!

I sent it in 4/15, CC was charged on 4/21, received 6/22.

AND, I am going to Tahoe for a couple days Monday and Tuesday and plan to go to take a quick trip to Cabela's (Mecca) in Nevada.
AND, yes I will be carrying in the very dangerous Boom Town area.
