Congrats PT. Boomtown was one of the places I carried a bunch when I got my first NV. CCW. The Cabela's store is incredible with all of their taxidermy.

Yeah, now what to carry when I go to Cabela's and stalk the "taxidermy"?

Kimber Ultra CDP vs Polar Bear? This may be my only chance to stare one down.

Still debating how to properly carry since we are visiting friends who may or may not approve. The Utah permit makes it easier since I don't have to disarm and lock up before crossing borders. It's the wife of my buddy who wants to go to Cabela's so she can't be too bad.

Concealed is concealed. Unless you get close hugs from her you should be fine. If those hugs are an issue you should lead with your strong side (carry side) arm under her arm to keep that hand away from your carry sidearm. It works for me unless I am not worried about the person I am getting the hug from in which case they already know and will not spook.

Now if she is the one who wants to go to Cabela's you may be safe, but you may wish to be more discrete about your CCW with your friends.
