Cool Fl Ccw

Here is what I got from the folks in Florida today. Sounds like they are busy answering people like me instead of processing permits!

Dr. Fullinwider:

Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications and correspondence we are receiving daily, it is taking 45 days from the date you mail your application for items to be scanned into our database. Once scanned, the items are sent to the processing center and this process can take up to 2-4 weeks. At this time I am unable to locate your information on our database.

Please keep in mind, it generally takes up to 90 days from the date of a completed to deny an application and issue a license.

I am sorry I could not be more helpful,

I'm confused...they deny an application then issue a license?

Did you write to check on your status or were you denied?

I believe my FL permit took about 2 months to come back.
