Common names are, well common, but fingerprints are not and that is what most states, I would presume Fl also, use to conduct a background check. This tripe is typical left wing hype. No felons in Florida are issued CCWs. In fact the crime rate in Fl(and every other state that has shall issue)is lower than states that do not have shall issue, a fact that most anti-gun libs fail to include in their diatribes.
