Yeah accept it'll never make it out of committee, and even if it did California would probably refuse to follow it.

FYI, I haven't backed off on this, just been a little busy. I spoke with the editor this afternoon and they will be contacting Mr. Hamm to get his opinion on my statements. I hope to see a retraction on this soon. I know it means little but it would give a starting point for showing awful dissemination of FUD in the media by the anti's.

No felons in Florida are issued CCWs. In fact the crime rate in Fl(and every other state that has shall issue)is lower than states that do not have shall issue, a fact that most anti-gun libs fail to include in their diatribes.
