Thanks everybody! Just got back from my Wally World run. Ended up taking the Beretta 92FS in a Miami Vice shoulder rig under a light windbreaker. I have had the holster and gun for 14 years. Finally got to carry it.

I don't have a proper holster for my Glock 36 yet. CTAC is on the way and hope to have it in a few days. I could have gone with my pocket holster I have for my Glock 26 "not listed on CCW yet" but what fun would that be on your first outing?

I decided what the heck and went with my legal hi-caps and two spares. Almost a full box of Ranger T. LOL

All went well!

Trust me I will make all of you proud. Though I joke a lot, I am treating this VERY VERY VERY seriously. I have learned a lot from CCWI, others here and from other CCW boards. Unless its a day care center. If I hear shots ring out and I have a chance, I am out the back door as fast as you can say CCW!

Thanks for the thanks brother. I would say CCWI deserves most of it though, everything I mentioned to you had been previously beaten into my head by him and then I just threw in a little of my personal experience in obtaining my license. Congratulations and stay safe.

Special thanks to CCWInstructor, Chris G, Female Instructor and all of the CalCCW Founding Members who without their help, I would have not only not known where to start, but would have never started the journey in the first place!!!!

I guess I am off to happy hour at Wally World with my Glock 36, for some of those "famous" Nachos!

Oh I must not forget, to thank our incredible Orange County Sheriff, Sheriff Carona!

Thanks all!

I prefer to help people refine their good causes. That is a whole better then helping on appeal.
