There's tons of people here from Kern that have CCWs. I'm sure they will chime in.

I believe it is one of the easiest places in Cali to receive one. YMMV

No.. I work for myself. We are on the list for the ccw providers when you get your approval to take classes. On this post, we are kinda anonymous and I don't advertise here. I have a website and my wife and I teach at several locations in the county. We have several classes each month and teach a variety of .... stuff... but I don't work for anyone. Several of the gunshops pass out our material though.

Having said that... welcome again... My website is on my bio but I'm not sure if the moderators allow it to be posted....again this forum is not for me to advertise etc.

I recently took my renewal class with El Gato's wife in Kernville. They run a great program and the refresher course was packed full of the necessary information presented in a comfortable and friendly manner.

They are the (at least one of) approved trainers for the Mono Co. area and Inyo Co. as well.

BTW her homemade cookies rival the best, don't miss out. Best of luck with your endevor.

Another Kern Co. resident checking in, I got my CCW about a year ago, I got to say it was easier than I thought. Then again I have a flawless record and have always stayed out of trouble.
