Inside your unit. The outside area is a common area.

he is not allowed within 15 yards of myself, my wife, child, or child care provider (s), our residence, places of employment, or automobiles. obviously there is my area in the house, but there is common area (the greenbelt) and restricted common area (my patio) it gets rather complicated

he has already been arrested for violating, and plead it down to disturbing the peace.

in order for me to get to my garage or parking stall, I have to either, walk under his balcony, here he spends 70% of his time smoking pot, an dryfireing a black powder revolver many times when i walk by) or go about 150 yards out of my way.

I have been carrying a tazer and or pepper spray the guy is 5150 and sees me as the cause of ALL his problems

tazers are a PITA, several second ramp up time and if you leave it on ~$10 in batteries DUST

his mother owns the place and he lives with her so it is his residence since it is not a DV the state will not defacto evict him

That sounds like a brandishing charge.

Not to mention that it is a violation of his restraining order to possess a firearm, however the local PD seems to have better things to do than pursue that sort of thing,

What I have been told is basically, "if he gets caught with a gun then he will be in a lot of trouble, but we can't go searching his house, where would we look?"

Anyways I think things are looking up for my CCW chances, i have been doing my due diligence and have been documenting cause

So what to carry

i am likening my Kimber custom carry II with my inside my inside the waistband holster, then my Springer GI incase the kimber breaks as it is pretty much interchangeable, now for the 3rd gun, I would like something light weight and easy to conceal, something that I could even carry with trunks, flip-flops and a t-shirt
