Default Glamis - Imperial Sand Dunes...

Sorry CCWI, but I forgot the law on this... Can you carry concealed in BLM territory?

I'll stick my neck out on this one and say,, BLM is public land and you should be able to carry with your permit. If I am incorrect I have broken the rules many many times.

Unless the BLM land is a National Park as well (and I cannot think of any that is), I agree with SPC.

It changes by policy according to who is in the white house. BLM was no under Klinton, YES under Bush. It's not the law it's how they interrupt it.

Technically, you are on Federal land. Permit is worthless. Technically.

BLM land? I carry concealed with my civilian camping friends....and exposed when camping with my cop friends.
Never even put any thought into it...and I don't really care....
