Cool Utah CCW help

I need some help. I am applying for a Utah CCW and the form calls for
"One (Blue) Applicant Fingerprint Card" I went to the Huntington Beach PD to get fingerprinted and they asked for my card. I told them I didn't have one, and they said I should get one from Utah. There has to be a better way than that!. Any help on getting my fingerprints taken will be greatly appreciated.
thanks

I went to an Anaheim PD Sub Station and they had the cards.

For Florida CCW they supply you with a card. But not Utah.

BTW depending on the states you need to cover and timing you may want to consider Florida instead. Utah is way behind. I have been waiting since March for mine. Got Florida months ago.

Westminster P.D. can supply you with the card and service on a walk-in. I think its $7 but they have a fixed schedule. Call them to find out when they provide this service. They are cheaper than HBPD. Good Luck.

Most departments have the blue line cards. HB is were the sewer meets the surf.

If you shop around, you can find Utah and Florida both for 70.00. That is 55.00 cheaper than the lowest price listed.

Also watch what is included in the course price. Some have a decent price on their course. But then they tack on range fees, notary fees and additional state fees. So once you are done and your head stops spinning you figure out it wasn't as "cheap" as you thought. Others I know are all enclusive.
