Assuming you have a CCW. In your backpack that is under your immediate control is ok.
Attached to your body in a bag, IE fanny pack, is ok.

An RV parked, is an extension of your home, so CCW laws are not a factor on that one. Just think in terms of the same laws that apply to a firearm inside your home.
Let's make the RV a car and again assuming you have a CCW. It can't be loaded in your car, unless you are in the car with the firearm and it is within your immediate control. (arms length) Even if you have a CCW, if you leave the firearm in the car when you park, you should unload your firearm and place it in a locked case.
Oh, no beer and CCW.
