Also it took me 2.5 weeks to get mine so the new style permits are taking longer to make or something.

I called today to see about my permit as I have not received the new one with the modification yet.
As you recall, I said I made the changes on the 19th of last month, so this will be the 4th week. Found out now that they have not mailed it yet, just talked to the office. They are checking and will call me back.
