I did the same last Thursday and today I received my laminated rice paper again. I suspect that the new / renewal issues will be the new card and the changes will be the rice paper.

You may be right! Good thing that the changes go through fast. I have a pistol on there which I sold, so I need the new hardware to be shown on the permit.
Let you know when mine shows up.

Did yoyu get new photos taken and give a digital thumb print and digital signature? I did that for the new system.

No to both - I did the usual rice paper run.

Just too recap the beginning of this thread, regarding 2 or 3 firearms on a permit.....

Wouldn't you be happy to recieve your perimit even if only one firearm was allowed.....

I'm just sayin'.......

Hi all. I had my interview on Oct 21. I was told that the instructor was on vacation and that an Oct. class had NOT been scheduled yet pending the instructors return. I was put on a waiting list an told I would be called. All very nice folks down at SBSD...I was also told that at the present time from interview to ticket was in the range of 2 to 3 months..
Regards...

I hit the three month mark the day of your interview and have not been issued yet. I do know that my file is complete, just waiting on a signature from my BI (who was on vacation last week) and the Captain. I'm hoping that happens next week....
