Default Thank you and Website claims

Thank you for all of the welcome messages.

Do any of you know of anyone who tried or heard of anyone going through University of Pheonix and going this route, as the below website states, instead of getting denied for private CCW?

federalfirearmsguide.com click on Obama Nightmare

I "assume" it can't be that easy.

Also I noticed that Stanisluas County Sheriff's web site says:

"CCW Suspension has been lifted. All new and renewal applications are being processed"

Thanks for your thoughts

It isn't that easy. Generally, Sheriffs and Police Chiefs won't issue a CCW for employment reasons (career enhancement). That would be EP (Security Guard w/CCW) and they know that a CCW will make you far more marketable and command a higher wage than someone who doesn't have a CCW. If EP work is your only good cause (or most of it), they will deny you the CCW.

There is a reason why retired LE get those jobs...
