I have noticed from all the talk on here I might as well not try for it but the outcome of any given situation is worth the hassle to try and get my ccw.
< removed good cause > I was wondering 1. How many people of Sacramento County with ccw are registered here? And B. If my reason for carrying is justifiable. I REALLY am not in a situation to move the business or home's to a different county, however I will have to do what it takes. If you are issued one for a certain county is it only good in the county or all or California? I was thinking of personally contacting the sheriff to discuss the situation and that I was recommended this by a very well known officer who has since passed away. (RIP Dave Roberts). I also notice that he does not really have a choice if he wants to be re-elected and maybe the media could kind of help him out by doing a story about people who have been denied their permit and have been since harmed by their situation? Thanks for ALL your help! Justin Last edited by Huzar : 07-15-2007 at 01:19 PM. Reason: removed good cause statement |

Welcome!.
SPC covered it all very well! My own $.02. "If you don't shoot, you can't score" Give it a shot, otherwise you will never know. We have a couple of guys here who were in apparently living in hopeless counties and gave it a shot, and surprise! They got it! .Someone is separating the wheat from the chaff! At least you are not in L.A. County where you have to deal with the "Sheriff to the Stars", a true moral morass! |
