Default I got made dancing Argentine Tango

For those of you who are not familiar with Argentine Tango, Its a dance akin to making love standing Anyway back to my story. The place is in San Francisco, so of course I was armed, a shoulder holstered Kahr PM9 with single mag holder on the other side hidden behind a double breasted suit. While on the dance floor leading this gorgeous tangera who I have never danced before, she wisphered something like "is that a holster on you?" then "are you a cop?". Surprised the only word I could say after the second question was "No" "but dont worry, I am the good guy"
The thing I could not figure out while dancing was how she made me, I was holding one of her hand, and her other hand was over my shoulder and we were in a close embrace dance. We did a few more dance and she appeared to be not bothered at all.

Yep...she felt your gunthong strap and because she is one of the cougars, she knew all about it.

Im quite upset, she didn't ask if it was green.

Nevertheless...you kept the situation was under control.

Her husband/brother/father/significant other was/is a cop.

Was your coat buttoned up? That's the only other way I would think she would know.

Not to be off-color, but it's likely she was quite a bit more than just "not bothered" by your holster and gun. I love Argentine Tango, it's a real dance of seduction and power between the man and woman. The fact you were carrying probably made you seem that much more powerful to her during the dance. Did she dance better after making you?

Some of my favorite paintings are by Fabian Perez, in his Tango series:

Not to take this thread totally off-topic; glad to hear you handled the situation well and had a happy ending. Good job.

You guys are hilarious But if you look at Steadyrock post, you know you have to take a good shower before going into this places (called Milonga) so Hoppes #9 is out I think the strap behind my shoulder plus like what Spicy said must be related to a cop gave me away. Now as far as the butt of my gun touching her, I doubt it as I can feel all the goodness of her on my chest I would not let the butt of my gun take it away from me

I think you had a wise and experienced dance partner there, good on you! She is a Cougar with astute powers of observation, and knows when to keep her mouth shut.

While training in International Standard ballroom dances, such as waltz, foxtrot, tango and quickstip, my dance instructor had me "pack" left...

hmmm... this joke may have been lost on this forum..
