FIRST! The Internet rumor that he only issues to his friends is false. As he said "I only have one friend not 500 plus".

Second! Their web site does not have any information on their CCW's. He asked me to post information after looking at this web site.

Yes, he does issue CCW's.

Yes, he does issue for personal protection and self defense under the proper circumstances.
