Orange County Changes in the proof of residence requirments
CCWI asked me to post this.
Effective Immediately!
You now need two different utility bills to prove residency in Orange County. This is for 1st time applicants and renewals.
The reason this has come about is because several people started using the same Orange County Addresses.
One CCW holder in San Clemente rent out two rooms to two guys that live in other counties. They got denied, his permit may be pulled.
Another South County ccw person had three other people do the same thing. Two of the applicants live in Nevada. Two OCSD investigators showed up at their houses in Las Vegas. All three were denied.
