In OC you have to have your weapons inspected before they will be placed on your CCW. They will not approve with laser sights. If you get caught with a laser sight on one of your weapons down the road you will have altered it from its approved form and you can kiss your CCW goodbye.

Default Crimson Trace Laser Grips OK in Humboldt County.

I have Crimson Trace LG-405 Laser Grips on a S&W Model 637. My CCW Training Instructor commented positively on them during training and range qualification (I turned them off and used the "Real Sights" for qualification, however).

They were also on the weapon when it was inspected during my oral interview.

No restrictions in Madera County....now if they would only release the S&W M& version I'd be happy.

Madera Needs to approve The S&W M&P? Is that what you are saying?

No, I wish that Crimson Trace would release a version for the M&P40.

Sorry to be so confusing
