Default Ruger LCR

I haven't found this posted anywhere else, so I apologize if it's been discussed already. The new Guns and Ammo arrives today and I find a new item that I think I will have to get right on the cover, once Jerry Brown says it's safe of course. The article was very positive.

13oz
.38 SPL +P
1.875" Barrel
MSRP $525 ($792 w/Crimson Trace)

Looks like it's time I bought my first wheel gun. Anyone hear anything as to whether it's being tested yet, or if it's not going to be for some reason?

This thing is so ugly, I gotta have one. The design is great. I love it.

Looks interesting. I don't care if it's ugly as long as it works. I'd be interested in test firing it.

Handled one today. Feels fantastic with a super smooth D/A trigger.

Did you actually get to shoot it?

Just got to handle it. And dry-fire it. No shooting unfortunately.

I will buy it as soon as it hits the Ca DOJ list. I absolutely love this little revolver. You can shoot mine once I have it.

I'm very interested in trying it. I'd like to check out the recoil.

Straight from Ruger:

Will the LCR be available for sale in California and/or Massachusetts?

Yes, though we anticipate a short delay while the revolver is submitted to an independent test lab for state-mandated testing. After that, it will depend upon how long the state agencies take to place the LCR on the approved rosters.

lightweight, very nice D/A only trigger pull, good sights, no sharp corners anywhere (unlike the Smith) and

undeniably unique design with nkiller flutes on the cylinder.

In case you have one and don't like it, let me know.
