I love my glocks.

I carry a 36 or a 30, sleep next to a 21sf, and I've got a 27, two 30sf's, and a 35.

They ain't pretty, but they just work and work and I don't have t clean them very much.

I don't understand what this "Glock" is that you are talking about. I've never heard of such a contraption.

I think that's a HK commercial.
For me... Glocks are okay... I tried a few... even bought an XD and tried using it in a class... failed miserably (FTF every 2-3 rounds). I like 1911's but for carry... I trust my HK USPs. Still a plastic gun... but you can....

I like the G23 I have... It was affordable, is accurate, simple and reliable. Those that tease me (at the range) can't get over the polymer (to them plastic) components. Hmm, most high-tech devices are moving to these types of materials. But to each his/her own...

I think I have a GLOCK or two tucked away in my safe, or in a closet, or under a table, or somewhere.... I will see if I can find one...

I just hated Glocks until I picked up my G30 and made myself learn it. I wouldn't be without it now. It just works every time. I picked up a 21, and a 36 as well. Then a 17 for training purposes and just to have. I have 1911's and revolvers too, but Glocks just have a wonderful singlemindednes of purpose that I admire.

Just some pics of the family. I'm hoping to adopt a G23 soon to add to our happy home.

I have to thin the heard, recycle some safe queens. After that I may go for a PM9 and a Glock 39.
I have decided if they are not conducive to carry, they are out!

Apeman88......I believe you are refering to the S&W Sigma .40, when you speak of FTF every 2-3 rds.

When I bought the Sigma.....I took it to the range, it stove piped, jammed, you name it, it did it, except fire........

I began to believe that S&W developed this pistol in hopes that BG's would get ahold of them....

It's the worst firearm I've ever owned. I still have it. I wouldn't sell it to anyone.....That would put a reputation in the gutter (where this pistol belongs)

My GLOCKS have never FTF.......

Oh yes, and if that was a HK commercial, then there might be some civil suits forth coming

This is sort of non-scientific, just a observation. At the local indoor shooting range in Huntington Beach, they rent many guns. They used to rent HK's, but they no longer rent them because they were constantly breaking. They rent several 1911's including Kimbers.. again, they often are sent in for repairs. Their most popular gun rentals are for the many Glocks that they have and those Glocks never go offline.
