Correct. I personally talked to Justin Moon (Pres/ CEO Kahr Arms) at SHOT. He indicated that due to California's ridiculous approval process, coupled with the fact that demand for the PM45 exceeds production capability without the CA market, he's chosen to not submit to CA DOJ.

What about Springfield's XD series, those have a LCI and they are for sale in Ca.

Love my PM9. Was my first CCW gun in 2005 and is still on duty.

Only failures have been when my girlfriend limp-wrists it

Primary carry is Glock 27 but the PM9 gets plenty of holster/pocket time in summer!!
