I just bought a brand new PARA carry12 this year and it shoots with the mag out and is legal in CA, can anyone truly understand the logic here?

yes. your gun made it on the approved list before the new law kicked in. as long as Para will pay the yearly fees it will stay on the list. For now that is, until the rules change again. logic has nothing to do with it. we are talking politics.
