Default Reconditioned P9s?

I saw a thread a while back on the availability locally in Orange County of reconditioned P9s from European police agencies. Now I can't find it.

Can someone re-direct me, or at least tell me I have finally lost my mind entirely and can stop looking?

SIG P6?

Do a search under Advanced International Marketing on google.

They sell out fast.

They are called the P6 in Germany if they are issued to LE (same as a 225).

The P9s is a H&K product. I have not seen any come in for sale.

I believe that certain districts in Germany were issued different makes and models. I can look into it and post what I find. I did not know that there were police trade ins for the P9.

The Germans like their Ps. The latest is the P11 as far as I know.

They must have a bunch in country..... the local gun shop has 5 or 6 on the shelf of different grades.... SWEET!...and in the past they ususally sell out in a day or so...I've been showing them off in classes and the clients love 'em...

I cleaned the slide up on one of mine with some brownells oxphoblue... looks great! very black and then I put on a set of TRU GLO TFO sights... very very cool... and then my oldest decided he wanted one for a birthday present... anyone got a set of tfo's for sale?

Just kiddin' .... I ain't gonna put night sights on this one cause I ain't gonna carry it right now... but I find it is a really good shooter and very accurate... a real buy these....they aren't 1911's but they will do...

Brownells Oxphoblue the slide... heat it up a little with a hair dryer or a heat gun... a little not too hot... 120 degrees or so max... then use 0000 steel wool and put on 5-6 coats to start... see how she looks then add more.. .won't work on the aluminium frame but that can be re-painted with brownells flat black or whatever ... they have several finishes... all you have to do is tear it down and put er back together... of course the finish will wear but then the finish wear will by YOUR hard wear... a point of pride if you will

i cant wait, i've been without a 9 since I sold my high point! I love my .45's but dont love the ammo price. I've been watching ebay and such for a good progressive press like a dillon but when the bidding starts they end up almost as much as a new one.
