Ultra CDP II in 9mm
I just noticed that Kimber is making an Ultra CDP II in 9mm. Anybody know if this is coming to California? Would be a good gun for the gf....she's recoil sensitive....is that the PC term?

It is not approved for California nor will it ever be under current CA law.

Springfield has a little friend for sale....Springfield Armory Perhaps a substitution is in order... the women, they seem to love the 9mm govt. model handsgun

Very true, but ever since CCWI turned me on the the Kimbers, I really don't want to go back.....I like my off the shelf Springfield, but I really think the Kimber is made better.... The custom Springfields are a different story altogether, but they are mucho dinero....
CCWI, why would the 9mm Ultra CDP II not be approved for CA? Just curious. Last edited by speedjunkie : 06-22-2008 at 06:32 PM.

By a CDP in 45, register it and then send back to Kimber for a conversion. Completely legal.
