Thanks to all for your response. Now to compare price, + tax with price with free shipping and no tax, and make a decision that probably doesn't take ANY of that into account.

Thanks again, and I REALLY like the idea of FI walking me through options.
The 'guy's' price is as good as it gets. Last year when we went to the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ., I trailer trained with the guy and cleaned him out of his 7 rounder Wilsons. In Az. I shopped for more and found them for the same price at 1 store.

Now having FI walk you through them is an added bonus.

BTW congrats on your new Kimber. Now you are hooked

Thanks spc.

I was warned when I first joined this forum and was talking about my XDs and knew very little about Kimbers, "Don't shoot a Kimber unless you're prepared to buy one, 'cuz you'll want to!" I should've believed it and now know it to be true.

There are worse things a person could do I guess.

Got the Kimber Ultra Carry II.... The Dark Slide......
Couldn't wait so I bought two Novak mags... they are very smooth feeding and have given no problems in 400 rounds or so... the kimber mag is the same....
I got my first "nicks" on the frame last weekend... wish it was because I was carrying it in rough country or something... but I threw it in the side pocket of my Dillon range bag and there was a couple of 45 mags in there that i hadn't seen.... nicks without valor... I am shamed....
