Love my PM9.

I agree on the G26/27 being too big for pocket carry.

I second the motion. I'd go with a PM9 or another Kahr in 9mm. Always with a pocket holster.
A J frame, after your 5th shot, you'll have to pitch that revolver at the perp!!!! And reloading quickly one of those...well!!!! good luck!!!! In low light, impossible!!!!
Another type of Kahr or PM9, you can reload those with your eyes closed in the dark!!!!!
It is that simple, plus you have better ballistics, discounting the fact that you could shoot higher performing loads in a J frame, then you are going to deal with a lot of recoil and muzzle flip.
That is the modern answer/solution. Things change!
In my book, the J frames saw their better days in the Mickey Spillane paperbacks!..

That's why you carry two j frames!

I can see your point though, and that is why my wife has the Kahr. I'm just a relic who likes revolvers...point,click,bang. I don't begrudge anyone who prefers semi-auto's and may be picking up another kahr as well.

There is a lot to be said for carrying two J-Frames.

Before I was seduced by the Kimber Cult, my normal Every Day Carry Weapon was two J-Frame Revolvers. I still carry a J-Frame daily.

Thanks,
