CCW for occasional use
I want buy a conceal carry pistol 9mm or .380 for very occasional use, prefer pocket or IWB, since it's occasional I don;t want spend more than $300-$400, PM9 is nice but away out of my price range for occasional use, any recommendation appreciated

You could probably pick up a Glock 26 used for that price. Or Turners has their S&W M&Ps on sale with a rebate for another $50 off and two extra mags. Check out the M&P 9mm Compact.
