Default Kahr owners?

I like my PM9 but would like to try a PM40 or P45 for comparison.

Anyone have one they want to bring to the range for some mix-and-match fun?

Default PM 9mm Owner Too

Libertarian:

While I don't have a Karh .40/.45, I do own a PM 9 with 12,300+ rounds downrange. There are several Kahr enthusiasts at Evans Shooting World who shoot PM .40 and the next time one shows up, I'll obtain phone number for you for get together purposes.

I have never seen a Kahr in other than pictures in magazine. Looks like a no nonsense weapon.

I really like mine! I was just hoping to try the bigger calibers out to see if I needed some of those too.

I have a PM40. Because of work schedules, I haven't been able to spend any range time lately. I'd be willing to loan it out, if we can figure out a way to make that happen. Suggestions anyone?

In reality it would please me much if we could all get together someplace and have some kind of a meeting for all members to bring their hardware and get acquainted. We could get to shoot the Kimbers and the Steyr, Kahrs and other guns and see what it is about each one that gives us a lift. I am sure it would be an eye opener and a few guns would be "discovered"........You know the reaction...."Dang, I have to have this". From the reaction that I see here those Kimbers evoke that kind of reaction.
Well....... I am just a speck of sand on the beach! (Grasshoppah!)

Libertatian,
If you find your self up in Silicon Valley sometime, with a bit of advanced notice, I'd be happy to let you bang away with my P45.

I have a Kahr P9 Covert - love it. After hundreds of rounds, I've found it to be very accurate and incredibly reliable. Basically the same size as the PM9, but it has a bit longer barrel. I used to have a Kel-Tec P11 as my primary carry gun, but found the recoil to be more than I wanted. Recoil on the P9 is hardly noticeable.

I recently had an opportunity to shoot a PM9. I found it to be a nice gun to shoot. I liked the trigger pull. It was long, but smooth and consistent. Does the P9 have the same trigger?

I haven't shot a PM9, but that's how I would describe the trigger on the P9.
