I carry the S&W 442 in 38 Special +P daily in my pocket. It is comfortable and easilly concealable. I also carry a Safari Land Speed loader and Bianchi Speed Strip in my other pocket. I was never a big fan of revolvers until I tried my brothers 442 and had to have one. I like how lite it is, how easy it is to shoot, how easy it is to conceal, and how reliable it is. I changed the grips it came with to the slightly smaller and lighter Hogue Bantam grips which also make using the speed loader easier.

Yes, it is a Rohrbaugh, made in New York, and no, it's not on the list. His appears to be a well used model. Just google it and you'll find their website

which wheel gun do you recommend? and why?
My dealer had Rossi Mod 88 SS 2" 5 shot 38 spec revolvers (not for +p)so I bought one.(Looks like a S&W Mod 60)No longer made. they're very accurate,a friend has one and also commented on the accuracy.Very concealable so I carry it.there is one 4 sale on Guns America!

Default try the taurus m-85

i have a taurus m-85 ,,38 caliber,5 shot.. loaded with hornady personal protection + p, very lite, shoots well and at around $ 300, its a nice summer carry, i use a back pocket holster from stoner holsters and find the whole set up quite comfortable and easy to present, as well as cost efficient!! mine is blued, also avail in stainless for like 40-50 more buckaroonies.. stay safe!! p.f.

i say +1 on the 442 airweight.

I think you live where you cant have CT grips, so you must must must get accustomed to shooting the tiny revolvers! They are a much better BUG IMO than a primary ccw.

Have you seen the new S&W Bodyguard series? The snubby is pretty nice looking, with a laser manufactured into the weapon from the start. The little auto version has one too. Not much of a fan of lasers, but they are a pretty effective visual deterrent.

The .22 in your pocket is better than the .45 in the safe at home.

There fixed it for you. Cool little .22. Is that a .22lr or short? or are those shorts sized for long rifle
