C'mon. I know you'd look. You might even find yourself guessing at caliber and barrel length.

I really like the looks of the P380, but it might get lost in larger hands. I have a PM9 that pockets pretty well...I like that gun a lot! Not sure, but it could be difficult trying to be effective with something smaller, size-wise as well as caliber.

I really like the 380 for a small pocket gun. Placed right it will do the job just fine. And that Kahr looks a heck of a lot better and more reliable than the old Lorcin I used to have Congrats on the purchase and definitely want to hear the range review. I've fired the LCP from Ruger and it was ok, but I like the Kahr bette size wise. The LCP was a little small for me. Have giant palms and short stubby fingers and it was hard to get a good grip on the LCP design wise. Please let us know how it does. sans speedo.

I have similar issues with my hand size and prefer a gun that has magazine extentions like most sub-compacts do. .380 recoil isn't going to rip the gun out of my hand, but those little guns already have the accuracy disadvantage given the shorter barrel, and my monkey-mitts need all the help they can get. (and yes, before anyone says it, I know that most gunfights occur at a distance where accuracy is of minimal concern for a trained shooter)

I like the speedo-gun idea though. Luckily (for me and the rest of the world) I have a son and carry a "Tactical Diaper Bag" everywhere. Gun goes in there. Took it to the range to practice once, and managed to grab a fresh mag with a baby wipe wrapped around it. Still worked. That is when you realize that you are no longer an Operator, and are now "Daddy"...

Good one. At least you didn't go in for a wipe and accidentally bore-snake the kid. I've got little ones too, but yet to carry in the diaper bag.

Well if a BG is coming at you, and you reach for your gun and you pull out a “used” diaper instead, that may take him down quicker than anything.
