OK guys... I have all 3 GAP guns and I love them all! Any time you want to try one out, I can help you!

I carried my 39 as my primary carry gun for quite a while (decided to carry my Kimber recently). The Glock 39 fully loaded is the same weight as the Kimber Ultra CDP II EMPTY although 1 less round. I have the green/orange Meprolight sights on my 39 - a must for concealed carry. My 38 is my favorite range gun and my 37 is my home defense gun. Not all the mags are interchangable between the GAPS as others have said. There is actually a different angle on one of them that doesn't allow this to happen - odd thing for a Glock!

The Glock is reliable, although I wouldn't trust the barrel forever (Barstow Barrel has the best replacement). There was no wearing in needed for any of my GAPs unlike my Kimber. I have had no issues and I am especially tough on my 38 since it's my range gun and doesn't get cleaned after every outing!

Feel free to contact me with any questions or if you want to hook up and try one or all of these out!

Oops, my mistake guys, sorry about that.
I did try the G38 magazine in the G39 and it worked fine for me. I'm glad to hear other positive experiences about the GAP platfrom.

I was hoping you would chime in! Thanks for the feedback and the offer. That being said I am taking your written word for it that the GAP is the bomb!

G39 is to be on my rice paper soon. I even saved a spot for it!

If you look at the specifications on the Ranger "T" for 45 ACP and 45 GAP, the numbers are the same.

Thanks for offering the opportunity for us to test drive a GAP round pistol. I am also interested in checking out those Mepro sights, I have read about them!.

I visited Gun World in Burbank. They carry a lot of guns and I was surprised that they didn't have any Glock GAPs. I asked why and the dealer says that they aren't selling well, but they can order them for you. Just an FYI.

I DROS my G39 tomorrow. I also ordered Mepro sights for it. If it is good enough for FI it is good enough for me! When I get it you are welcome to check it out and take it for a test run.

What is funny as I saw the G38 & G39 at Turners. They carry all three GAP Glocks but not the ammo for them!
