Happy 2nd Birthday to CalCCW.com

When I joined a year ago, I did it for the purpose of finding good info on CCW. CalCCW.com was absolutely the best CCW site on the web.

I have made many so cyber friends here.

Now, because of an awful situation which no one could have predicted, the focus of the site has changed from helping people get their CCWs in CA (no easy task under normal circumstances) to helping folks keep their CCws.

A few weeks ago, I put my money where my mouth had been and sent OCCCWS a check. I fervently hope & pray that you good people are returned to the way things were back in the day.

Happy Birthday CalCCW.com. You folks are still the best!

you are the man!!! We have enjoyed you being part of the forum and giving us that out of state perspective!!! Get more of your friends involved! CalCCW is a California site but people like you let us reach out to our friends beyond our borders who believe in our cause as much as we do!!!!

Yes, congrats from me too. This has been a time well-spent journey.

I do find it ironic that if you look at Bonovox and The Gimper's postings, they total 5800 and 6000 .... divide by 730(days) and that is quite a few per day. We now know who has an opinion....

But seriously, it has been fun and well worth my time. I have rarely enjoyed missing so much work as when I'm on this site or at that pesky BOS meeting..... +250 people still leaves me in awe.

I feel like I missed out on my favorite soap opera when I've been gone a few weeks. My only requested forum update is a spell-checker for CCW1 ....

Agreed. We really appreciate your input here Ken. And hopefully, if we are successful, things will not just be returned to the way they were, but the CCW situation in CA will be much improved.

Though I am a member of many forums, CalCCW.com is the only one I contribute to regularly.

The information available here and the people who have worked so hard to compile it are all first rate.

CalCCW.com is truly the best CCW site on the internet and I am very proud to be associated with such a fine group of people.
