Another Kern County Approval!!
Wooohooo!! After 7 weeks got my approval today!! Now to get me a class and start the 12-14 week process.
I am on cloud nine right now!!

Thanks! Man it sooo made my day.
 I was getting depressed with all this Obama stuff looming and being generally mad at California as well. Then I checked the mail.

Bumping this back up, it's been 8 weeks and a day, still no permit.
Do you guys think I should call and check on it? I don't want to be that guy calling in bothering the SD, but this waiting is killin me.

Patience guys... at least the Sheriff is issuing...
The PD seems to be looking for excuses to shift everyone over to the Sheriff... which means re-applying, classes and all... At least you know it is coming.. .and then it is just a matter of not letting it expire...think of it as Christmas in January, or Feb. or something...

Yeah, the City has always been a PITA (unless you are LEO or a lawyer). I am appreciative of the fact the Sheriff is issuing. Just getting antsy.
