Default Richard Bremer - EOW
Police Officer Richard Bremer, Frederick City Police Department

My wifes Nephew was this officers FTO, and he was very close to her nephew and niece. It is the first LEO death in Frederick County in (apparently) roughly 100 years.

Please take a momement to remember ALL officers who die in the line of duty, and especially their families.
