This is great news and I think pats on the back are due to all.

I find it amazing that we only know a few of them, I would be interested to know how many we do know, wonder how we can reach out to those who do not know we exist.

By the way does the 2560 include Ex LEO and judges, I wonder if the list is public it would be interested to find out how many are Civillians just like me.

That is total numbers, The only way to get the list is to do a PRA.

Retired LEO's don't need a CCW. Many Current Reserves do. It would be interesting to know the breakdown and demographics though.

355 four year ccw's(reserves). 126 on three year ccw's (judges). The rest are two year ccw's (general)

2000+ general CCWs is amazing and points to Sheriff Carona's fairness in issuance.

We have a lot of work to do still in OC. I wonder does any one have updated number for the rest of the state ?
