Ab 1645
The turncoat DID sign this one into law, but how good is it when the populace loses access to the very tool it needs to retain this right?
AB 1645 was the law designed to prevent the whole Katrina tragedy regarding confiscation of guns during a state emergency.

I just got a notification of the French Quarter businesses hiring private contractors to provide security services, with LEO blessing, due to the lack of Law Enforcement NO wide to protect the people and businesses.
I don't know why, since all those guns being confiscated should have made the area much safer.
