New CCW in the OC
I just got my CCW for the great County of Orange! Thanks to CCWI and FI for training and help! Thanks to all members of this board for great information and support.

I got caught between the old regime and the new one....I was approved under Anderson and if it wasn't for the hold on applications (by Hutchens), I would have had it within 3-4 weeks after the interview (as fast as you can get the training and firearms inspection done).

I'm down in OC for work, I'm keeping my permit because right now the move is temporary, I'm going back up once a month and will be back for good in 5 or 6 months.
My parents are here and I'm thinking of moving down permanantly. Even under the new OC rules my cause is probably good but it could get turned down. Can I apply for an OC CCW, knowing that it might be turned down, without jeopardizing my current permit? Or do I have to turn in my old CCW before I can apply here? I can show residence here (utility bills) but my DL still lists Eureka and my CCW is at that address.
