I can not stand CNN! It just makes me sick the way liberal anti gun, anti war garbage just spews out of the tv when it's on. They are almost like robots programmed to never even hint at anything conservative. It's as if their minds are not all there, and they are being controlled by some outside force. Just like the loyalist's in countries where there are Kings and Queen's where the people are 100 percent loyal to their King regardless of whether his rulings are beneficial to them or not. And they treat anyone who questions the King, like they are the lowest scum of the earth. And it just blows my mind how they can allow themselves to be drawn down to destruction without questioning it, simply because they insist that they must be loyal to their King simply because he is their King. It is just purely disgusting! And Obama is being treated very much like a King by these people as well, and they act as if we question his motives or decisions at all, that we are the most vile people in existence.

Okay....... Rant over I guess. Ha ha. I just can't stand CNN because it just reeks of these robot loyalist people that make me crazy.

She supports the 2A as an 'individual right' as per Heller; but she doesn't feel it's binding on the states. Which effectively means New York, Mass, New Jersey, and California can all still have their insane and overbearing 'reasonable restrictions.'

That sounds pretty anti-2A to me.

Since the 9th circuit ruled for incorporation and I think it was the 7th and 2nd circuits rules against, the supreme court will need to decide incorportation to the states because of the split. We need this to happen this session while we still have the judges that ruled on Heller. Sotomayor wont change the court as she is replacing a liberal.
