Thanks everyone! This has been a very long 7 weeks but it was all worth it.
dbltap: My stlye of choice is Kung Fu San Soo. I've been with it for a little over 13 years.

so 7 weeks from your approval date? How long did it take to get approved? my app went in monday

My approval letter was only about a week after I dropped off my application. Then after I went in and gave them the fee's and my print's, it took about 8 weeks to the day to get the call! I think the amount of applications pending has a lot to do with it, as well as their(KCSO) schedule. My wife was about two weeks longer because she had to re-do her fingerprints. Then after she resubmitted her prints, the officer that signs off on all the permits, had to go out of state for some kind of training. ?? So, your timing may vary by a week or two depending on your circumstances. Good luck!!
