If you look at the "rich" neighborhoods of the mountain communities, that is exactly what you see. Most regular people live up here amongst the trees, enjoying the natural ambiance of the mountains, natural growth pine tree forest.
The so called rich "flatlanders" come up here and build these homes that belong in style and intent in the middle of a large metropolitan city, with flower beds and lawns, even when some years we have droughts, they insist on their water sprinkle systems and all that stuff. No sense!
