Interview with Sheriff Sandra Hutchens
Feb 28th, 2009
by Cameron.

As promised I have posted the interview with Sandra Hutchens http://www.kuci.org/podcastfiles/622...027%202009.mp3. I had a surprise guest as well, R. Scott Moxley from the OC Weekly! The Sheriff was a few minutes late because of traffic, so her interview starts about 23 mintues into the show. Prior to that you can hear some great commentary on the Sheriff’s Department from me and Scott. Enjoy.

Thanks for the posting.

What a downright liar this woman is! About the only thing she didn't lie about was not looking forward to the morning Register columns. BTW, IMO, I think the interviewer was way to easy on her. He talked it up until she entered the room.

What a load!

Those guys are real wimps.
  • On his show w/Norby he called what she did Gestapo tactics (Cameragate); on this show, he never even brought it up
  • On the economic situation she said she "Had to honor contracts" [to the contracted cities]; the early revocations are nothing more than breaching a contract

You folks had better get your own people on that show and straighten Jackson & Moxley out. They have the whole thing wrong.

The liberal media just gave her 1/2 hour to distort the situation to a lot of voters.

Anyone else catch how nervous the whole issue of CCW's make the "Appointed" Sheriff?
Listen to the part when the host first brings up the CCW "problem". You will hear her nervously cough before talking. It happens again but a little quieter when he returns to the issue saying by the way I forgot to ask you a question concerning CCWs. It is very telling that this issue is one in which she knows she is on shaky ground politically, and legally.
I agree most of the rest of the interview was worthless. Way too friendly especially to someone that was 1/2 hour late and didn't care enough to call ahead and tell the host she was running late. Speaks volumes if you ask me to how much she cares about other people. I guess the host, his lively hood and the his listening public aren't very important. Some surprise.

Think it isn't us vs. them? Think again. I believe the host (Jackson) is currently a private investigator and formerly a San Diego police officer.
