+ a billion

It has as much effect as San Francisco or Berkley passing resolutions about in international conflicts.

Dammit, of all the times to get out of jury duty...

So we have the GOP taking a vote of no confidence, that has no actual effect. A grand Jury making a decision, that has no actual effect. And an elks lodge, who probably got a new BBQ out of the deal.

This is getting fun

Default Girl Scout Troop # 12 passes resolution

Troop leader says "Leave our Sheriff alone" and as a sign of solidarity sends a dozen boxes of thin mints.

I don't believe the GOP vote took place.

I would beg to differ on the GOP vote. That's where the money and political support will come from for her campaign. If they have a vote of no confidence, she won't get any endorsements from the establishment and it will be extremely hard for her to raise the necessary funds to run her campaign (typically $1,000,000.00). So, while it has not legal force, it definitely would have an effect.

Stay tuned on that one folks.

I stand corrected on the "no actual effect" comment. I was refering to actual authoritive effect in my comments. Sorry.

Yes, 500+ items.... mostly older stuff ... Colt SAA in 45LC, 303 Brit Lee Enfileds(qty 12), S&W mod 17-3 (qty 2) etc ... nice selection of lots of different stuff. Go to www.greatwesternauctionsllc.com for pictures.

Door open for viewing at 10:30AM and auction starts at 1PM ...

I know, not exactly CCW related, but a rare event that needs promoting.

I know you were. I just wanted to clarify that for others. There are many angles of approach in this fight, and we must exploit them all.

I love browsing through the pictures for these auctions. So much cool old stuff. I'd love to hear the stories they could tell, especially the military arms. That 1816 SA flintlock rifle was my favorite. Coulda been in the War of 1812 even. Mmm-MM!
