It seems that Pat Bates investigators ARE the OCSO, she "outsourced" her investigation right back to the Sheriff's department! Not much of an "independent investigation".

That's a laugh. Every time I turn around, I hear about something stupid a politician is doing or has done. It's like invasion of the body snatchers.
