Regarding The Cameras
To me, it's a no brainer. She had her deputies use the cameras in order to ID all of you & start dossiers on every member of OCCCWS.
If I were [each one of] you, I would be watching my six for someone following me. As far as the Supes, I absolutely believe she instructed the camera operator to see if anything could be gotten from their notes. Since Janet & Chris have been vocally against her, Sandra told the deupties to see if they could pick up anything useful from them.
