Default Good Questions at todays BOS meeting

While talking on Item 30, Nguyen asks about Sheriff's Special Officers in the Jails being issued CCW's because of dangerous criminals being released...

...Sounds to me she's trying to set the stage for why non sworn special deputies can be armed and general civilians cannot.

Sounds like CCW awareness has them thinking about it on a daily basis.

Roughly 15 minutes on the afternoon session.

And make him fill out the questionnaire about when/where his next attack will be.

All very good suggestions. Sorry but he did not wish to appear on camera. He stated that currently the Sheriff was revoking his CCW and could not afford the exposure, you know "black mark" and all. A signed statement could be provided, but one is already on file with the OCSD.

So let me get this straight:

They are releasing these criminals into OUR company while they get to keep going to work in a protected secure building? But they are the ones who get a CCW no problem?

Am I the only one confused by this?

You cant do that, you are applying logic to a government decision.
