Default County Board of Supervisors Meeting

The points that people are making today in support of CCW issuance are heartfelt, well presented (for the most part) and it would be hard, if not impossible to credibly challenge their validity. I would like to thank those that took time out of their work day to represent the well being of the OC citizens and present their views. I have a medical history that makes me feel it would be unethical for me to have a CCW at this time, and I feel much safer knowing that there are CCW holders on the streets that may be in a position to help me when the underfunded law enforcement is unable to be there for me in my hour of need. I heard that many people were turned away due to lack of seating, and the community voice was truely a roar today. Thank you again for your time.

That said, the bloodbath I am watching online today is better than any slasher flick I've seen. I wish I had some popcorn.

I love that all the speakers are pro-ccw.

Good showing all!

There were two Brady people. BUT - overall I watched a very good presentation by everyone. Supervisor Norby seems to be non-gun in the sense he does not feel he personally needs one or even owns one, but he did say that he will do the will of his constituents which I think is the most important of all.

Yes there were 2.

It seems as if Sup. Campbell wants to put this off as long has he can.

He's using double speak.

I like "Norby's" honesty.

He's telling it like it is.

I want to see Norby, Nygen and Bate's resolution combined. The revoke, restrictions and good cause all need to be addressed in one.

Yes, that will be interesting.

Does anyone think it was a mistake for the person from S.D. to speak?

I think I know who that was. I think he was over the top and hurt us a bit with that comment about her gun. The "H." guy needed to be serious and less "Pulp Fiction" about his presentation.

Thumbs up

Congratulations all for an apparent solid presentation before the BOS today. I was unable to view the show due to an untimely matter that started last night. I sincerely pray your efforts yield great results.
